Mr. Dattatraya Kale is a seasoned finance professional with an MBA in Finance and extensive experience in financial management, business consultancy, and MSME funding solutions. He began his professional journey as an Accountant & Finance Manager at Gaps Engineering Pvt. Ltd., where he developed strong expertise in financial planning, credit assessment, risk management, and corporate finance. He later served as Director at Advance Engineering & Foundation, gaining valuable experience in strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership.

Driven by a vision to simplify business financing for entrepreneurs, Mr. Kale founded Practicing Talent Business Services (PTBS) in 2021. Under his leadership, the organization has grown into a trusted financial consulting firm, assisting MSMEs, startups, manufacturers, traders, and service businesses in securing business finance through structured financial advisory and end-to-end banking support. He actively leads the company’s operations, including client relationship management, banking partnerships, funding strategy, project finance, compliance, and business expansion initiatives.
